Environment

The planet Luma is effectively a massive salt-flat.

It is sparsely populated by primitive, tribal Lumanites and a variety of bizarre predatory creatures including the Litulanak.

It’s got a cold climate, with vast deserts of smooth, reflective salt as its main feature.

The smooth flats are periodically broken by raised islands of rock, sometimes containing caves.

The native villages on the planet are typically constructed around these islands. Sometimes the caves are the home to vicious, predatory beasts.
